Description

Santorini is one of the top destinations worldwide. It is the most popular island of the Cyclades, with a special place in the hearts of those who have had the opportunity to visit it. It is both the idyllic landscape and the special characteristics of the island make it unique.

Our tour starts with one of the most important settlements of Santorini, Oia. The characteristic chapels prominently located on the rocks, combined with the panoramic view towards the sea, make it one of the most photographed places in the world. Whilst being there, we have the opportunity to learn about the history of the place, explore the various perspectives of the settlement and take many photos.

Our next stop is the monastery of Prophet Ilias. The holy monastery is located at the highest point of the island and its construction dates back to 1711 by the priest brothers Gabriel and Joakim Belonia. As we visit the temple, we learn its history through the narrations of our guide. Then we head to Megalochori, a maze of winding streets with a unique view.

Our final travel experience of our tour is the tasting of famous wines of the island, which are produced with the authentic products grown in the soils of the volcanic land. Due to its composition, the volcanic soil favors the production of fruits, ensuring excellent quality in the local products. Some of the famous local wines are Assyrtiko, Athiri, Brusco and Vincento.
